Holistic Counselling takes an integrated therapeutic approach. From talking therapy, to meditation, mindfulness, journalling and other techniques that help promote personal growth, self-awareness and intuition.
Pastoral Care is similar to counselling; it offers a safe space to share any challenges and trauma being faced, deep listening, and support, but may also include non-religious spiritual care and the exploration of the person beyond the mind.
Mind-Body Therapies includes somatic techniques like breathing exercises, grounding exercises, nature therapy and body awareness. It also explores lifestyle factors and the use of hobbies, elements of significance to a person to bring calm and joy into a person’s life.
Creativity and Care
