Silvana is a Communicator, who loves using words to inspire and heal.Writing has been a part of Silvana's life from early childhood. It became a way of trying to understand life's challenges and how she might better deal with them. Putting thoughts down on paper somehow seemed to make the problem more visible and solutions a little easier to find. It was the insights that she gained from journalling that led to a desire to share her hard-won understanding and the creation of her blog, which remains a favourite writing outlet.
